Berghaus lost it’s way on the top of the mountain. Competitor brands were stealing market share and shelf space with key retailers. They asked for help re-establishing their relevance to an elite audience, but first we needed to convince retailers to stock the kit.

In a tailored response, retailers were taken to the top of the mountain in an experiential launch where they discovered the new Extrem collection floating above the clouds and surrounded in an immersive multisensory world of extremes. They were then presented with a carefully crafted, limited edition, journal written by renowned British Historian, editor and explorer Huw Lewis-Jones.

Following on, the campaign #TestYourExtrem encouraged an elite audience to put the collection to the test. The campaign teased out social content that established what it is to be ‘Extreme’ – from the very definition, through to quotes from world leading explorers. The collection was revealed, demonstrating it’s superior engineering, durability and credibility, in social content documenting mountaineer Leo Houlding on a recent expedition to be the first to climb The Mirror Wall wearing items from the range.
